Meet Tim - The Coach
For over 30 years, Tim was in the thick of it-coaching college volleyball at North Dakota State University and Concordia College, all while teaching and juggling life’s curveballs. Whether on the court or in the classroom, Tim’s mission was always the same: craft game plans that lead to success, balance, and a whole lot of heart.
Now, Tim’s traded in his whistle for a different kind of coaching. With a blend of wisdom, wit and a wealth of experience, he’s helping folks build their own “Game Plan for Life.” As a musician, Tim can weave his teachings into music sessions, playing a wide range of genres that inspire hope and reflection – and possibly some signature dance moves. Tim’s goal is for you to find happiness, balance, and purpose – one play, and one note, at a time.
When he’s not crafting life strategies or making music, you’ll find Tim in Horace, ND, with his wife Veronica, their son Romeo, and Veronica’s parents, living out the same principles he teaches every day.

“Tim Mosser’s presentation was a powerful and inspiring experience for our entire team. His ability to connect our mission and values to the everyday work we do was both meaningful and refreshing. In healthcare, especially long-term care, it’s easy to get caught up in the tasks and routines — Tim reminded us of the heart behind it all: our why. His energy, humor, music and storytelling created an engaging environment where staff could pause, reflect and reconnect with their purpose. It was the perfect opportunity to regroup as a team and refocus on what truly matters — serving others with compassion, respect, and joy. This in-service wasn’t just another training — it was a reminder that when we lead with mission and values, not only does our work improve, but so does our enjoyment and fulfillment in what we do every day.”
